1. The game

This game is part of hardnews.nl and is offered by Hard News (KvK 72601655, Eindhoven). Playing is free and meant as entertainment. The game is provided “as is”: you cannot derive any rights from it, nor from scores, leaderboard positions, availability or content. We may change, pause or permanently stop the game at any time.

2. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use of the game or from links to third-party websites. This limitation does not apply in the case of intent or gross negligence on our part; mandatory law remains fully applicable.

3. Nicknames and fair play

Choose a nickname that is not offensive, discriminatory or misleading, and that is not someone else's name or brand. We may edit or remove any leaderboard entry without notice.

Play fair. Automated play, scripts or score manipulation lead to removal of the entries concerned.

4. Third-party content

Audio previews, titles and cover artwork come from Deezer and their respective rights holders. Trademarks and logos belong to their owners. There is no affiliation with, or endorsement by, the artists or labels shown.

5. Intellectual property

The Hard News name, the logo and the design of this game are ours. Reuse is allowed only with permission and with attribution.

6. Changes and applicable law
